"I needed a roof replacement after 21 years, this time by Pacifico ( Mike/ owner ). If I could rate this company a 10, I would ! I had 3 other estimates & "pitches ". I got : a 90 minute presentation, left a brochure that included underlayment, water/ ice shield samples, very few questions to be asked since he covered everything. A 50 year architecture shingle, takes pictures before , during & after -so all parties know what's going on. Has his own crew ( does not sub- contract), no deposit , affordable & easy to talk to, he is on site with his crew & provide amazing clean up ! This job was more labor intensive & time consuming than originally planned. The pictures he showed me only proved that the previous company & contract was NOT followed ! Regardless, all supplies were obtained & the job was completed correctly & to my satisfaction. Communication & Honesty, are so valuable to us as a homeowner- in how we spend our hard earned money!
